For clients enrolled in the “Bridge” Comprehensive Pathway: Any “Guaranteed Admission” marketed by the Company is strictly and exclusively contingent upon the student successfully navigating and fulfilling the exact requirements of specific, official state-mandated transfer agreements, articulation agreements, and/or institutional pathways. The Client acknowledges and agrees that this guarantee is entirely dependent on the student’s academic performance. The guarantee is rendered null and void if the student:
